At Appliance World Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure it is protected during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, our freight partners will contact you to schedule a curbside pickup; for smaller items, simply use the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
